Something is not working well
1. Display is not working at all.
Remove the front panel with the display and check the connection of the display with the controller. It might have become loose due to vibrations. Please contact your supplier in case your heat pump is still under warranty. Otherwise go to the contact page to report the problem.
2. Not all parts of the display are working (some sections seem to be death).

3. No reaction when pushing any button.
Unplug the heat pump for a short time and plug it back in again to reset it. Please contact your supplier in case your heat pump is still under warranty. Otherwise go to the contact page to report the problem.
4. Heat pump is icing up.
There is probably a leak in the refrigeration system. Please contact your supplier in case your heat pump is still under warranty. Otherwise contact a local refrigeration engineer to repair it.
5. Can not get the water as warm as wanted.
There can be a leak in the refrigeration system (see 4.) or your heat pump is not adapted to the size of your pool. Please contact your supplier.
6. Heat pump does not start at all.
Check the temperature setting. Maybe the setting is lower than the actual water temperature of the pool. Push the up arrow button until the set temperature has reached 40°C (or 104°F). If this did not help then please contact your supplier in case the heat pump is still under warranty. Otherwise go to the contact page to report the problem.
7. Fan is not running.
Remove the front panel with the display and check the connection of the fan motor with the controller. It might have become loose due to vibrations. Please contact your supplier in case your heat pump is still under warranty. Otherwise go to the contact page to report the problem.
8. Compressor is not running.
Remove the front panel with the display and check the connection of the compressor with the controller. It might have become loose due to vibrations. Please contact your supplier in case your heat pump is still under warranty. Otherwise go to the contact page to report the problem.
9. Heat pump is starting and stopping.
Please check the water flow through your heat pump: it might be insufficient. Make sure that the water circulation pump or filtration pump is connected together with the heat pump to the electrical power. In this way they will ALWAYS run together.
A RESET of the heat pump is generated when the electrical power supply is interrupted.
